All the attendees and listeners must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities.Please contact cmece@iap.org if you have any questions about registration. Each registration enables publication of only one paper. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person, and each paper must be registered.

We recommend you to proceed to your online registration before the deadline to leave yourself plenty of time to prepare for your participation. Listeners' Registration Form can be downloaded for fast registration.

Registration Fee and Payment Method

Registration is required for all participants of CMECE 2019. Check the registration categories and pay the registration fee accordingly through Online Payment system or Bank Transfer.

When the registration is fully completed and paid, each participant will receive an email of confirmation from the online payment system.For bank transfers, Please note that a registration is considered completed and valid only when the full payment has been received on the bank account.

Student Discount

You can enjoy the student discount if you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. You're required to send the scanned copy of student identification card to  cmece@iap.org when submitting your registration documents.

TPC Member Discount

You can enjoy the TPC member discount if you are a technical program committee member of CMECE.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to cmece@iap.org and received by July 15, 2020. No refund will be provided after this date. Please note there will be 30% of the registration fee deducted from each refund.
