Submission Guideline

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts written in English. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted to elsewhere for possible publication. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.

Papers for consideration must be in PDF with required format. Each paper should be with at least 4 pages including figures and references. All papers should be submitted electronically via the Microsoft Submission System: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CMECE2020 directly.


Paper Fomart

Authors are supposed to choose one of the journals listed below for publication of your paper and prepare your paper by following the template before submission. CMECE encourages long paper submission, thus there is no upper limit for pages

IJEETC: International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering & Telecommunications (issn:2319-2518; doi: 10.18178/ijeetc), which will be indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, Citefactor, etc. To prepare your full paper following the IJEETC Template.

IJCEE: International Journal of Computer and Electrical Engineering (issn: 1793-8163; doi: 10.17706/ijcee), which will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, EBSCO, ProQuest, etc. To prepare your full paper following the IJCEE Template.

IJMERR: International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research (issn: 2278-0149; doi: 10.18178/ijmerr), which will be indexed by Scopus, Index Corpernicus, ProQuest, UDL, Google Scholar, Open J-Gate, etc. To prepare your full paper following the IJMERR Template.

Note: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference for just oral presentation without publication, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.To prepare your abstract following the Abstract Template.


Policy on Plagiarism

Plagiarism and self- plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered, the paper will be rejected or removed from the program and all authors will be reported to their affiliations.
